All products are the work of freelance writers who have transferred all ownership rights to the company. As a result, all our products are non-refundable and come with no warranties attached. If approved, all purchases above $15,000 will be refunded in equal monthly installments of $5000
You are entitled to a 100% refund before our writing/editing team begins work on your project. If, for any reason whatsoever, you happen to change your mind and decide not to opt for our services, you can request a refund within an hour of making your order. We will charge a 15% processing fee in all other cases.
Once we have delivered the work to you, you are only entitled to get a refund if you have
exhausted all other options listed below: • The work does not comply with the project

We firmly believe in attaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. That is why we will
offer you unlimited revisions to ensure the delivery is flawless. We observe the policy of
assigning and re-assigning your work until the time it meets all your requirements. Even after
this, if you believe the delivery completely misses the mark, we will be happy to process your
refund request with a mutual agreement on a certain percentage.
Our team works round the clock to make sure you always receive your work on time. However, for any reason, if we do not deliver the product/service within the stipulated time after you try to get in touch with us at least three times, your refund will be automatically processed. In such a case, we will first ensure that there is documentary evidence the late delivery was indeed our fault.
